Bought the car and it needed a little bumper trim needing replaced. They agreed to replace if we bought car. I drop the car off early a.m. at dealership expecting dealership to fix. I call around lunch to check on the car. They took it upon theme selves to send the car to an auto body shop miles away without Informing me. The car is fine and all is well but the lack of communication really upset me. We also told this dealership when buying the car to run our credit app through 1 bank for 1 credit inquire. They took it upon themselves to run our credit through multiple banks. We got a good rate and all is well but again lack of communication. This is exactly why I hate buying vehicles at dealerships. If your not breathing down their necks. They are doing whatever the please. Service: Body & Trim

Noe was fantastic! We called Noe up, he made us a appointment to meet are needs and he also got us a car to use while the service was being done. When I got to my appointment in Spokane Brittany took great care of me completely , very nice and very professional. She went up and Beyond on customer service. The gal that helped me with the rental car was excellent and so nice to deal with. They all get a five star from me! This is one reasons why we stay with Lexus .
