Downtown Toyota Spokane Service Department

I had multiple bad experiences with another local Toyota dealer service department and turned to Larry H Miller for a new perspective. Little did I know it was the best decision I made. I spoke to Jordan Martinez and explained everything that I had been through and that was going on with my brand new 2020 4-runner. He listened to me through all the frustrations I experienced and even though they were booked 2 weeks out, had me bring my 4-runner in and said it will be some time before they will get to it. I understood. He also said didn’t have any lender cars at the time as they were all lent out. However within a couple of hours he called and said he had a lender car being returned that day. I took my car, got a brand new car for a loaner and knew it would be a week or 2 before I would maybe know anything. Within an hour of leaving with the loaner car, he called me after contacting Toyota and informed me what they thought the issue might be. This is after 3 weeks, 3 different times the

I was greeted very quickly, warmly and professionally by everyone. Cole was my point of contact. He was friendly, professional and thorough. My vehicle went back right on time and was finished 25 minutes earlier than expected. I waited while the work was being completed. The inside of the store was clean and comfortable. Kyler was great!!! He made sure the parts that were getting ready to install were the correct pats. He walked me back to the service area to inspect the parts to make sure they were the correct ones.
