We were recommended this business by our insurance for collision repair after hitting a deer. It took them a month to get our car repaired and their communication was absolutely terrible during the entire process including not being very cooperative with our insurance company. They could not give us a straight answer on anything and seemed very bothered to even be doing the repair at all. Judging by the other reviews hopefully this was just a one off but overall still very unprofessional and would not use them again unfortunately. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After getting rear ended, the other driver's insurance company recommended Crash Champions. I feared that they may have sent me to the lowest-cost option, but decided I could at least swing by and get a quote. To my surprise, I was impressed by the professionalism of all the employees I met. I also saw some of the cars they had fixed and they all looked brand new off the lot. I decided to let them fix my car. They suspected the damage to my car was worse than it appeared and recommended that I leave it there and get a rental car. Over an hour of getting the run around from the insurance company, a gentleman at the reception area ( I think his name was Stacey) got on the phone with the insurance agent and kindly explained the situation. He also offered to pay for the rental car out of his own pocket for the day, so I could finally get home. Thankfully, everything worked out and I was soon on my way, but his kindness touched me. About a month later, I got my car back and it looked better
