This felt like a bait and switch. The antenna on the top of our SUV struck a garage door and slightly damaged the roof. The advisor gave us an estimate of $642 to straighten (pop out) the roof and replace the antenna. He indicated it might require painting which would be more. He didn’t say anything about possibly costing twice as much. A few days later we received a call that the antenna was on but that the antenna doesn’t fit flush. The advisor said that when they put water on it it didn’t leak. He asked what we wanted to do? My thought was what about 60 mph in a rainstorm, are you kidding me with checking for a leak by pouring water on it? This was the first indication to me that there might be problems with this shop. We of course told them to fix it correctly so that it is like it was before. Our ultimate charge was $1288 before taxes. Interestingly, there is a Washington law that states you can’t be charged more than 110% of the estimate. Our final charge was just

Crash Champions are amazing. I mean no one plans to be in car accident but unfortunate circumstances like this happen. To make a long story short in the whole city this guys were the fastest one to get me in despite the delay in shipment of parts across the country got my car back in a pretty decent amount of time and I was short of words. Could not believe that it was ever in a crash. The before and after photos were clear as day. I was very appreciative of the service and I would most likely recommend them to anyone else.
