I recently took my BMW M4 for service at BMW of Spokane. I would recommend this dealership, and their service department, to anyone with BMW service needs. They are a very knowledgeable staff and were very quick in taking care of my needs. Talk to Steffan. He had a loaner ready for me, since my service was a full day of work. I only had to spend about ten minutes at the dealership in dropping my car off and leaving with a very nice BMW loaner for the duration of my service. And, the service was completed when promised. Online appointment was a breeze. Josh in the service dept. was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Repair was completed and car returned to me when promised. Everyone I ran into here had great attitudes! Thank you!
