They fixed an oil leak for me for almost $1,000 cheaper than I was quoted at a different place. When I left I had an alarm go off from something that they accidentally broke and hadn't noticed and immediately brought it back and they quickly fixed it for no charge. Good and trustworthy mechanics are hard to find, I'd recommend them to anyone!

I went to Loyal Auto based on a referral from another mechanic whose shop is closing, and I have to say they did well by me. I went in with concerns about my brakes and my exhaust. After they checked it out, they said there was definitely an issue with the brakes, but although it was running a little loud, they examined the entire exhaust system and didn't see any holes or leaks. They could have told me I needed an entire new exhaust system and I probably would have believed them because, as noted, my car was running a little loud. But they didn't, and to me THAT's the moral of the story: An honest mechanic who does good work. Will definitely take my care there again.

I have used this service for many years both for my personal car and our church van. Scott and Eddie always provide friendly service and the cost is comparable with others. The job is always done right and within the time limit proposed. I recommend Loyal Automotive, Inc. highly to anyone.
