I was hit by an uninsured motorist a year or so ago and sought some quotes for making my 1996 4 door Rav 4 rear-door usable again. Earnie at Westcoast Auto Body on Rainier gave me the best quote, he didn't expect me to buy a whole new door and the fix took one day less then estimated. He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and did a fantastic repair--even checking and replacing all tail lights. So. When I had some trouble with my interior driver's side door release a few weeks ago (which had been sort of subtly failing for a while) and suddenly couldn't exit my car from the driver's side at all, I called him in a bit of anxious distress. He's a busy guy, and I can see why, but he fit me in and, well, let's just say it's a pleasure to run errands again when I don't have to climb over the stick shift and emergency break and exit my car from the passenger side of the front seat. West coast auto body did such an amazing job on my car! They were super knowledgeable, quick turnaround & gave me multiple options to help me figure out which would be best for my car in regards to what needed to be fixed on my bumper. I will definitely be back to get a couple other blemishes on my car fixed. & a special thank you to the owner who was so kind and upfront about my options.

Ernie the owner really did a very fine job with my crunched up 1998 RAV4 - dealt with insurance with ease and delivered as promised. He has confidence in his work.
