I had a great experience with this shop. The original estimate focused on just the issue I wanted fixed, unlike some other places that added a bunch of minor cosmetic issues on. They did find some other things they could fix while they were working, but they called me to explain the pros and cons and didn't pressure me into adding any more work that I didn't want. Overall I paid almost exactly what the estimate said, it was done exactly when they said it would be, and the car looks good. Great service overall. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My nearly pristine truck had some rust along the roof gutters so I brought it to Werners for an estimate to repair the work. They gave an estimate of $2500 to sandblast the entire roof, fix the rust and repaint the whole roof. I was told they would need it for about 4 days. I dropped the vehicle off for them to do the work and checked back in four days later only to be given some excuse about why it wasn't done, that they needed a few more days. A few more days and a few more excuses. It went on for four weeks with failed promise after excuse and more failed promises. When it was finally "ready" I picked it up after having to pay significantly more for work they hadn't anticipated even though I told them about the condition. It was night time so I couldn't inspect the work. Once it was light out I could see that there were multiple deep scratches all over the side of the truck from the stand they used to reach the roof.
