Oscar- He was so helpful. Today my alternator and battery went out. He showed me the diagnostic tests while he was running them so that I knew what the issue was and showed me how the values normalized after it was repaired. He also noticed that one of my belts was cracked and that the previous mechanic had lied about changing my oil about 6 weeks ago. He physically shows you where the issue is. As a single mom who knows nothing about cars, it is greatly appreciated to know what I need to urgently fix and what can wait a little bit. Frequently with mechanics, I feel taken advantage of and with Oscar thoroughly explaining things and showing things I felt much more comfortable and felt like he was actually looking out for my well being. Thank you.
