After calling a over a dozen local repair shops I got to speak with Owen who was more patient, transparent, and helpful then all the other shops were combined. He made me feel much more aware and empowered about the choices I needed to make for my car. For that, I'll definitely be making trips from Bellevue to get my car serviced here in the near future. Called this shop for a bad alternator and they were able to get me in really fast. Brought the car in, they diagnosed it just as fast and were super transparent about the repair and the cost. Cost was the fair and expected price for the kind of repair done (alternator/tensioner + a blown out low headlight). Unfortunately, and unrelated to the work they had done on it, I had to bring the car back in almost immediately for an issue with the car idling. They were able to figure out the issue and send me back on my way without any additional cost. Michael and Wayne did an excellent job and were super friendly and helpful the entire time.
