I had an 06 Honda Civic Hybrid serviced recently to resolve a "brake system" light. The service was fine, but I had to call late in the afternoon on the day it was scheduled to be done and found out they would be keeping it longer because of a bad part. Also, they advised my AC was broken, but I drove home with it working. Seems like a pretty brazen error, so this makes it difficult to accept the other maintenance they recommended.
