Had an electrical issue with the windshield wipers while only in Seattle for the weekend. They managed to diagnose it in short order, and even though they were unable to order the parts in time, they managed to get us rolling within an hour of dropping off the car. Top notch service, really appreciate the help in our hour of need! Service: Electrical
Worst experience ever had my 2 kids and baby waiting for three hours to get our car refrigerant refilled, while we were sweating in the heat, only for him to tell us he was too busy and couldn’t do it. I had to look for him and ask if he was going to be able to do it, when he could’ve told us from the beginning.
