JE Tires & Accessories

Went in to get 4 new tires for my SUV that are 21 inch and a unique size. JE was able to get them in a couple of days, around 30% less than Les Schwab and Firestone. They got me the same Pirelli tires that were on my LR, and were quoted by the other shops. Enrique at JE was knowledgeable and provided great service. I not only highly recommend JE, but I went back the next week to get a tire for my wife's car after getting a flat tire. This time, the price was half the price, and JE got the new tires on in about 10 minutes. We will only go back to JE.

I brought in a flat tire hoping to get a replacement (195/65R14). They didn't have any used tires in the size I needed so I purchased a new one. After bringing the tire home, I noticed it was the wrong size (185/65R14). I called them and they said I could bring it in to have it exchanged. Two days later they have the tire in stock and I return to pick it up. Before leaving, I thought to ask about how well the wheel balanced and discovered they forgot to balance it. No problem, 5 minutes later and I get it back. I should have checked the numbers on the tire too, because when I brought it home, I discovered it was a 195/60R14. I had hoped JE Tires would get it right, but after missing the mark twice, I won't be going back again.
