Here's why you pay a little more for this repair shop: 1) They do an extensive intake Vehicle Inspection Report and email it to you, with suggestions for immediate & pending repairs. This report covers 200+ parts & systems, and lists their total costs. They then do a phone consult to talk you through what you'd like to have repaired or scheduled for repair. For items they don't specialize in (like glass), they make recommendations for local businesses 2) They have complimentary loaner cars (priceless!!!) & all you have to do is show proof of insurance, return it with a full tank, and keep it in-state 3) Their customer service is exceptional! Natasha at the intake desk is absolutely a gem. They communicate promptly via text which is incredibly convenient, and they were incredibly flexible & understanding about scheduling 4) If you can't pay for expenses immediately, they work with a 3rd-party short term loan service that doesn'

My husband had used High Road Automotive many years ago so when my daughter’s car needed work there was no question to travel the 1 1/2 hours to somewhere we trust.
