Hammer Auto Rebuild

We got the quote and set an appointment. We didn't hear anything from them and it was getting close to our appointment date. I tried contacting them multiple times via phone, email, and text. They never responded. Eventually the night before our appointment they called to tell us it was canceled and they would call back in the next week or two to get us rescheduled. They never contacted us again and we couldn't reach them when we tried. They didn't reply to our messages. They completely screwed us over because we could've gotten the work done by now if we had gone with a different vendor. Do not use this company! Service: Body & Trim

Everyone was super nice and polite, but they did lose the first estimate that they took so I had to go back and get another one after a month of waiting. Then they got the wrong part and didn’t call to tell me, so I took work off to pick my car up but couldn’t even pick it up till the next day. But they did awesome work! And even cleaned the inside of my car! :)

Absolutely loved this place, from the front office staff, to the technicians, I felt very well taken care of from the moment I called. COVID has hit the industry hard, however they powered through, got the parts and had me in and out so much quicker than I anticipated. Not to mention, after my car getting crunched, it now looks absolutely perfect. I am so grateful for the people here and highly recommend them for any service you might need.
