They repaired a couple of items on my Chevy Cruze, but the service advisor didn't take any time to go over the repairs or talk about future maintenance I may need. Car drives great, but there was quite a bit of engine oil residue left over that needed cleaned post-visit. I confirmed there is no active oil leak, but would've been nice to avoid the clean up to determine the car is leak-free.
If you have money to burn, take it to Chuck Olson Chevrolet. I have a 2015 Chevy & it cost me $200 for a diagnosis alone. They wanted to charge me $1,600 for a new water pump! On top of that, the mechanic said I needed a new cabin air filter when I'd replaced it one week prior. If you bring your vehicle here, make sure to do your research beforehand because they'll try to pull one over on you. Chuck Olson Chevrolet Service is untrustworthy & has no integrity.
This is a place that will work with you to get the best deal. Ali was excellent in helping me providing all information I needed to make an informed decision and Keaton was working very much to find the best financing. After I got my car it happened that I needed service FAST and both of them went out of their way to help me. Both Ali Murtaza and Keaton Burke are really really great. Thank you so much.
