Avoid this place. Very, very dishonest business practices. I brought my car in for an inspection. I was quoted $70. I got a call a few hours later and they told me the brakes were harder to inspect than he thought because the rears were drum brakes (this is pretty standard for a 2012 economy car) and he had to remove the drum (Again, easy standard, normal and would be included for any basic inspection). He said the plastic splash guard under the car needed to be buttoned up b/c it was hanging down. There was never a "go or no-go" question posed to me and no quote or estimate for any additional work. It just seemed like an update. When I got there to pick it up I was presented with a $284 invoice. I was floored. $88 to secure the splash guard plus $48.88 for "clips" to do this. Just making up numbers...lots of 8s. I seriously couldn't believe it. I was told it was a safety issue and he couldn't allow the car to leave without it.
