Amazing little gem of a place! They send photos of everything and a complete online summary of things to do with your car and priority level! They got my car up and running after 4 other mechanics around Seattle weren’t able to! Super friendly customer service. I’ll definitely be returning if needed! This shop is the best. We have been working with them for years and they always take the best care of our vehicles in a very timely manner. There has been an occasional issue with a repair because no one is perfect, but they always handle it quickly, efficiently and with no hassles. We have a fleet of 30 plus vehicles, so we work with them a lot. I would highly recommend these guys to work on your vehicle no matter what is wrong with it. Service: General repairs

I've had two great experiences with Ace - both tire punctures. A very honest shop in my encounters. The first time, I had them order a tire for me after another shop said my tire was not repairable. They did, but were willing to take a look at the puncture and repaired my tire instead. I walked out paying just $35 instead of $200+ (even though they had went to the time/effort/cost of getting a tire I didn't end up needing). My second visit was just as good, they got me in and out in an hour and thirty minutes. Fixing another puncture for $35. I would go back again and recommend them to others. Nice employees too!
