Please be VERY careful before deciding to use this location, or frankly any of this franchisee's locations. In August of 2022 we had a brake job preformed at this location. I had a bad feeling after having to return the vehicle to this shop four times immediately after the repairs. The brakes were very mushy and the emergency brake wouldn't work even on a very slight hill. Another time after a short 10 mile drive the rear wheels were smoking, the brakes smelled hot and the temp of the wheel hub was 186 degrees. In December of 2022 we lent the vehicle to our grandkids visiting from London. On December 16th as they were returning from a hike near North Bend the passenger side front tire was making a noise. Thanks to my granddaughter they pulled off Highway 18 Auburn exit and within 20 feet of the exit the tire came off. 1997 Lexus LX450 brake booster and master cylinder went bad while driving. I Googled “brakes puyallup” called this business on Meridian. They made room for my car, located those hard to find 26yrs old parts NEW, I left the car over night, they called me the next morning.
