Took our truck in for new tires. We had a great experience. Quality work and quick turn around time.
Friendly service overall, however after multiple visits I am consistently disappointed in the time it takes to get anything done. Today I was told it would be 60-90 minute wait for an oil change and rotation. I waited for over 90 minutes and my car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. The lot was not that full and there were only a few people inside. I asked for my keys and left. If you plan to wait for your vehicle, plan extra time.
Look for another place if you want a professional experience. Think twice before entering, they don’t respect the warranty and they weren’t supposed to charge me and they charged again. My experience wasn’t that great once I talked to the manager he didn’t even took seriously what I was asking for my car.
