My friend referred Jose to me. She said she went to her car dealer, and was charged but nothing was fixed. She then went to Jose. Jose fixed her problem and charged her half what the dealer charged. I went to Jose after I lodged my car on a rock and damaged a metal protective underbody plate. He took the time to fix my problem and did a great job. Service: Body & Trim

THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!! I initially left 2 stars because my vehicle was in the shop for almost 2 months. Getting ahold of them was extremely difficult. And finish date kept getting pushed. I was understanding due to how many vehicles they have and the shipping issues nationwide. Although I was overly frustrated, I stayed calm throughout the entire process, didn't yell at them about their service or ask for free work. I got a call today saying they're washing my car and it will be good to go AND that they waived my deductible!! I have NEVER had or seen a shop do that before. I had no intention of getting anything for free but Jose went out of his was to make things right. They also detailed the whole interior which made me even more happy. Thank you guys for all your hard work! I will continue to refer customers to your shop!
