I have not gotten my vehicle back from them yet. However, the compassion exhibited by the team here to take my car in, after hearing from my tow driver about the Marysville Service King location refusing to honor their agreement to work on my car, felt genuinely life-saving. It's a family-owned business that understand the importance of valuing their customers and treating them as people, not as cash cows. Even if the job doesn't end up done perfectly (boohoo, humans aren't perfect), I would still recommend this shop and give it 5 stars purely based on that empathetic approach business alone. Finally found a body shop that i can trust!
