My truck wouldn't start after work so after getting a jump my better half told me to go to United to have the battery and starter tested. (they test then here for free????) After running the tests they were super honest and said my battery doesn't necessarily need to be replaced but it is getting older and will continue to have issues. They'd be inconsistent issues but I should be okay for awhile if I wasn't ready to purchase a new battery yet. I was actually offered a jump start to ensure I made it home. Well I decided to purchase one and it was installed with no extra cost and they made sure everything was good for the warranty before I left. Thank you United Battery

The service I got was great. I had battery issues and he took my battery out of my truck and loaned me a battery until he could check and charge my battery.
