Waited a month for my June 28th appointment. At the last minute, they told me they needed to push me out two more weeks. So, I drop my vehicle off on Thursday, July 13th and was told it would be done early next week. Call on Monday and they tell me it will be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. Call Wednesday and they tell me Friday or Monday. On Friday, I drive by the shop and see my truck sitting outside, untouched, 8 days after I dropped my truck off. Don continued to lie repeatedly tell me "two more days" at least four times all the way the way up to today, which is day 20. At best, I’m looking at 22 days for a $1,500 repair in just "two more days". Service: Body & Trim

Called the shop to make sure that they can do dent repairs and alignment and the employee told me that they don’t do that sort of stuff (states in their description that they do) and this is after them being recommended through numerous other shops that I have called. Defiantly won’t be taking my car here because they are apparently false advertising and obviously can’t do dent repairs at this “auto body shop”
