If I could give negative stars I would. My parents and I were calling all around to get an appointment, apparently my mom called Jeff a couple times before I did, and that frustrated Jeff. Jeff told me I had too many people involved in the situation and hung up on me. Never picked up when I called again. How professional! Poor customer service and poor service in general.
Jeff is always there with the answers. Been a customer going on 2 years. Steady as they come.
Excellent at what he does! VERY reputable in our area!
