This glass shop does not return your calls.
They never got around to doing an inspection/quote for us. I went in and gave them all the info, they told me two maybe three days and someone will come check it out. 4 days later I called and they said oh maybe two more days.. 3 MORE days and my landlord calls to ask when they’re coming and they say maybe today, I don’t know. Then finally, one more call over a week later and same story. I heard good things about them and was hopeful I’d get the best deal here. This was for an apartment I was renting and was looking for best price in town. Very disappointed they didn’t make the time or even be upfront if they were to busy. Now we’re going with a different business.
I had a good, efficient experience doing business with Ericson glass. They have the best selection of plexiglass in Longview (as far as I know).
