This is probably the best AutoZone I've been to. The crew is typically friendly and knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. The store is clean and you're always greeted warmly.
The cashier lady was really amazing, had very good people skills and kept a good atmosphere in the whole place. She was informational, friendly and willing to go out of her way to help us. She's a keeper. This was around 8 or 9 pm at the Triangle Shipping Center, around March 15 to 19th She was a top notch customer service pro! I want to thank her for caring about the stuff fitting on the Harley, so Thank You!
We broke down at this store in Longview,WA. We needed a new alternator and a new battery for our truck. Shelby was so knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars for this young lady. Best service ever. When you find yourself stranded away from home, this is the place to go for help. Shelby @ Auto Zone☆☆☆☆☆
