By unfortunate events of everyday freeway travel my wife couldn't avoid the whole tread of Semi tire in the middle of her lane on the freeway. With that said there was significant front end damage to our vw jetta. We heard great things about showcase and knew they would be the best collision repair for the job and man were the rumors true. From start to finish we had class a customer service. Tim, Lana and the whole crew were prompt with the examination, ordering of parts, confirming and consulting back and forth with insurance while also keeping in close contact with us the entire time. Great Service! Brought in my car on a Wednesday, they were super friendly and my insurance dealt with the rest. My bumper and rim were scratched thankfully no internal issues. Picked it up on Tuesday and looked it looked beautiful???? they even vacuumed my car out! I was very excited
Showcase had my classic 1970 Corvette for 2.5 years. It was supposed to be a 10 month turnaround. They were supposed to doing minor bodywork, paint and a tuneup. The paint is okay except for the fact that they gutted the interior of the vehicle, losing parts and damaging the car in the process. They did not put it back together correctly and used the wrong parts to do so. They damaged the car due to installation errors and sloppy workmanship. They even lost my seat belts - which is going to cost me 1000K to replace IF I can find them. The car is dirty to the point that its going to cost me 2K to have it professionally detailed. I took it back twice after I initially picked it up to have them correct issues and detail it. It came back just as dirty and the fixes that they did to the fiberglass need to be redone. They did not notify me of the estimate going up and charged me 2500.00 more that the original estimate in violation of Washington state law. I had them on speed dial for 2
