My wife's car got in a fender bender a few months (hence why this review is delayed). Not only Daniel and his team did a fantastic job fixing it to a perfect condition, but his customer service and follow up was second to none. Additionally, I had the unfortunate event to hit a deer with my other car and having to deal with my car insurance company. The time Daniel took to advise me and review the car insurance reports has been invaluable despite him being extremely busy. A+++ in terms of quality of work, customer service and due diligence. My 2018 Sakhir-Orange BMW M3 was rear ended at traffic light, needed a new rear bumper and park-distance sensor, right away my concern is paint color matching, being metallic flakes paint. I've got a few quotes from very well known body-shops in Eastside, you know who they are if you are German car enthusiasts. Their quotes come out more, nothing wrong with that since insurance will sort it out. But to me that means, honesty and efficiency! So I decided to give Protech a try. I purchased a beautiful 2001 Miata Special Edition with only 17000 miles in perfect condition and two days later it was hit.
