Juanita Firs 76

Brought my truck in with some unexplained drive train noises. Set an appointment with the professionals at Juanita firs 76 to see if they could help diagnose. Before i go further i must explain what i brought to them to troubleshoot. 1999 ford f350 superduty, 12" lift, 40' mud tires, that was seriously neglected by previous ownership. Weird noises etc.. This thing is a Monster to work on, drive, park, etc. I dropped the truck of day before, checked it in with Steph who is a very knowledgeable professional, they parked my beast in safe keeping for the night for the appt the next day. From that point i recieved Confirmation of appt. Via text which was cool. Next morning before i could even call, i recieved status reports, a follow up call from Brook, pictures and video of the technicians findings, explanations of what they found and a clear recommendation on what should be addressed now and in the future. They found other wear issues that unresolved soon could become much larger problems

Wow, I thought customer service was dead until we experienced Juanita Firs. Our warranty expired and the dealer charged us $250 twice to inspect an issue that they couldn't identify TWICE. Juanita Firs found the issue, resolved it and charged us less than half that amount. Everyone that we spoke with looked like they actually enjoyed working there and they treated us with respect, professionalism and kindness. I strongly recommend this family owned, local business.
