tldr; Pro Finish is thorough and complete, a pleasure to work with, and has my complete trust. Long version: I was involved in a collision where the other driver ran a stop sign with her Chevy Sonic, head on into my Ford F150. It was a hard hit, and I had a feeling it would be totaled. My insurance provider sent out an estimator to the salvage yard where they found $7700 worth of damage. We were shocked, but pretty happy it was fixable and continued through the claims process to find a shop to fix the damage. In total, I called more than 48 shops. Pro Finish was the only shop that could see us, as all others either wouldn't work on the frame type, or were booked out 2-3 months. Took almost 2 month when i was told it would be faster after waiting had to still go get done 2 major factors alighnment and tires which was obvious from damage also had to find a deflector visor myself and like said go get a alighnment completed myself since there charge was 239.00 and insurance wouldnt pay service was ok but reminder of how to bring cash payment was superb. I recommend doing better research of where going to keep in mind you as the customer need your vehicle i wouldnt recommend due to the experience i had vehicle looked as expected after waiting so long lk said go with a shop that pays attention to detail instead of how they can eat of the claim in the end i just wanted my car completed in which i did once i went somewhere else
