Trustworthy. That is the main thing you look for in a mechanic. This is where you go to find it. I brought my subaru in to have them run diagnostics. Mike went above and beyond and instead of choosing an option to make himself money, gave me advice that helped me resolve the issue with spending as little out of pocket as possible. He literally said to me: "We're not in the business of taking advantage of people. I'm a human just like you and my advice doesn't make me any money. I'm just telling you what I would do in your position."
