I have used them before a they seem to do good work but my issue is that they are just too expensive for an independent shop. I feel that if you are going to be an alternative to a dealer - you should provide prices that are a list level. I probably will just go back to using the dealer when it comes to repairs and find another independent shop for maintenance like oil changes, coolant flush, etc. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Donny and Glen took care of me. I booked a 10 AM oil change and vehicle check up. I inquired about an issue with the engine light thats been popping up with my 2018 Honda Odessey whenever it gets below half a tank of gas. They said if it pops up they'll check it out but not to spend the money till the indicator is fully on. Donny was straight forward and not there to butter me up to their services. I appreciate the honesty and transparency in reguards to the diagnostic fee. I know some places pad bills with extra charges and fees but Donny was a straight shooter by saying what services would be necessary. Not only was he honest but he was quick and got me out of the waiting room in under 30 minutes. He quoted me the total and stated what each fee was for and then got me a coutesy shuttle to and from the repair shop. This was a great experience from a professional team and business.

Gregg's saved me several grand. A Honda dealership in Bellevue wanted to replace my transmission as my car was hesitating upon acceleration. Got a second opinion and Gregg's technician troubleshooted the issue to eroded spark plugs in two cylinders. I should've gone to Gregg's in the first place.
