I don’t usually leave reviews- but I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this place. Being a female in my mid twenties and not knowing a whole lot about cars I actually had my brother call around because other places I’ve gone to in the past are a little rude and judgmental- my brother told me this was the place because they made an outstanding impression over the phone. I came in and I knew right away he was right- I spoke with Chris and he was EXCELLENT at explaining things to me and was SO personable and helpful. I had quite a few issues with my car and they took care of them and gave me guidance as to what I’d need to watch out for in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however, I took my Audi Q5 here for routine service and had some issues following. First issue, they explained to me a part was needed and that it would be in within a few weeks, they'd call me to follow up and schedule. Never received a call. Tried following up with them; no record of this. So, unsure if I was told the original message in error or if my car still needs this part and they never wrote it down and followed up. Second, I've had some issues since taking my car here. It could be a coincidence, but I ended up taking it to the dealer and they said there was a sealant used that shouldn't have been that was not working properly and caused an oil leak in the engine and resulted in a $3,500+ bill. I have no proof that this was due to anything Automative Experts did, and it could have happened before I owned the car, but never had any oil related issues until after bringing it here. Every time I call to make an appointment, the service is beyond friendly and knowledgeable! I love working with Chris in getting things set up! The owner does an incredible job on all our vehicles.
