Les Schwab Tire Center

I went in today to get my tires replaced. While there I decided to open a credit account. It was quick and easy, and the woman that worked at the counter was so nice! I expected to be there for a while. I honestly don't know how long it took, but it was less than an hour and I was out the door and lookin' spiffy in my shiny new tires. I highly recommend Les Schwab and especially the Clearwater location. Thank you for a positive experience!

This place is the Chick Fil A of customer service. Amazing! I might start driving over nails on purpose so I would need to come in more often and just experience what great customer service is like. Kuddos.

Very quick service! The service at the end was awkward, though. I brought in my car because one of my tires had a nail and I wasn't sure what to expect or what the charge would be. I thought it might need to be replaced, so I assumed I would be there a while and I waited over by the TV. The guy who checked me in was nice. I think his name was Andy. The guy who checked me out yelled my name and I went up to the counter and he just said the total without even telling me what the charge was for. The charge was small, so I said, "Oh, was it able to be fixed?" And I asked a second follow up question as well. He was really annoyed that I was asking questions about the service, which was uncomfortable. I get it, he probably had a lot to do, but saying, "They were able to take the screw out and the tire won't need to be replaced, so that's $21.75" wouldn't have added more than 5 seconds to that interaction.
