Idk about taking my only means of transportation and entrusting it to people who can't even operate an answering machine. Just tried to call for a quote, got an almost impossible to understand outgoing voicemail and there was no beep, no ability to leave message even though it says to leave a message... Trust with my car? Prob not.
I am so thankful for the excellent customer service Dan my mechanic gives me every time I bring my car in. He is very personable and always fixes my car issues in a timely manner.
