Toyota Service

Other than Koby your greeter and Driver there was really nothing outstanding about your Service Center. I don't want to criticize but you have a long way to go to get where other Toyota Service Centers are. This is where you make your money and I have not been Impressed. You guys at one time were great. I'm not sure what it is......Maybe your turnover. I have not had the same service Guy or Gal in a long while. I think you need to build relationships so its a difficult decision for your customers to buy cars elsewhere. I have purchased my last two Toyotas at other Dealerships. (2020 Highlander Platinum and a 2023 Tundra 1794) You just don't have great service and when someone is spending that kind of money??? The other thing I have never heard a response from these Surveys. Its like you send them out and no one reads them and if they do they don't care for the feedback. Didn’t expect glass to be cleaned out of my car or anything interior wise but I had expected any mechanic or technician installing a new window to clean out glass inside the door as a pride in work and customer satisfaction.

Not sure whybthe price goes up and down all the time. I'm happy it was lower than normal but not sure why. They said my cabin airfilter was dirty which I find strange since I don't have one. So that really works on the trust part of what your doing and our relationship. I don't trust you guys at all anymore and will question any recommended service. Service: General repairs & maintenance
