I really lucked out going with Evergreen Auto for my car repair. Shops that were contracted with my insurance company were booked out for months just for an estimate but Evergreen was able to get me in within days. Boe worked with my claim agent diligently and kept me up-to-date consistently via email on the status of my car's repair and insurance reimbursement status. After being in the shop for just a little over 2 weeks, my car's entire right rear door was completely replaced and paint matched. They even took out old scuffs and replaced a mud flap. They truly went above and beyond with their service and repair. I was in the middle of a major life transition during this time as well so their quality of work went beyond just my car -- Boe gave me peace of mind and a stress-free experience. I was extremely happy with my experience at Evergreen Auto Body. Of course no one wants to need a body shop, but if you do, this is the place. Everyone was super friendly and professional and my vehicle was actually completed earlier than promised. Bo was awesome to work with.
