Overall very happy with my service. I came in with a slight understanding of the cause of my differential leak on my truck. Their skilled technicians figured out what was going on, and they quickly sourced a part locally for day of install. What impressed me most was that they ended up charging me less than the original quote, after they found the repair to go quicker than expected. It's not common for mechanics to pass that savings in to the customer- this earned them a returning customer and good review! I also liked that they did a once over on my vehicle, but did not pressure me on anything that I did not want to do.
I do not recommend using this company. After they quoted me about $4,500 in work, I pulled my car from the shop to get a second opinion. Not only were they overpricing much of their work, they recommended lots of unnecessary work that was very expensive and was not needed. For example, they recommended having my timing belt and water pump replaced, in addition to spark plugs. None of these items need to be completed as the car isn't even anywhere near the recommended servicing mileage for any of these. The most glaring error this company made was, after charging me for 3 separate diagnostic fees for a total of approximately $450, was they did not catch that my lower control arms were completely busted. They instead recommended one of my tie rods needed to be replaced, and after gathering the second opinion, the tie rod was completely fine and it was the lower control arms that needed replacement. Not sure if they had a first time mechanic on the job, but that is a glaring and severe er
They were able to get me in quickly, and address the problem I had. Best if all they gave me straightforward answers to my questions and didn't charge me for "extras". I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mechanic!
