Costco Tire Center

I’ve been a member and fan of Costco for several years now but hadn’t taken advantage of the tire center located within Costco until recently. My husband and I were in need of tires for our Jeep and actually had an appointment to have it done at another establishment. We decided to do a price comparison at a nearby Costco Tire Center virtually. We went to the Costco app and entered the information regarding our vehicle to get perfect match of tires that would fit our Jeep. Once on the list of tires, we were amazed at the cost savings we would get by purchasing the tires and having the install completed here. We completed our purchase of top of the line tires and set our appointment via online. And of course promptly cancelled our appointment at the other establishment. Upon arriving at Costco on the day of our appointment, we realized we had never paid attention where the tire center entrance was located. Poor customer service provided and damage to vehicle by technicians. Costco tires has stripped or cross threaded three lug nuts on my Subaru. They insisted it never happens the first time. But it has happened a second time to two more lug nuts. They again insisted that this never happens and it must not have been their fault (they are the only ones who have rotated my tires). The Subaru dealership in Burlington said this happens often and it is due to the technicians at Costco. So, unless you want to replace lug nuts every time you get your tires rotated- go some where else.

I need new tires on one of my cars so I visited the Costco Tire Center in the Burlington WA Store. The person at the counter was not busy but he wasn't interested in helping me. He was more interested in playing on his phone. Disappointed, I stopped by Les Schwab in Anacortes. The sales person at LS was eager to help me and he answered all my questions. You get what you pay for and at the Costco Tire Store in Burlington it's not very good.
