Had our vehicle repaired here after a minor collision. We were pleased with the repairs and also with the constant updates we received while the vehicle was in their shop. Great customer service.
Best experience with a service I’ve had in years! I was so pleased with all aspects of my experience getting my car repaired. From the front reception gal, the estimator, the text updates, how quickly they got the the work completed, the actual quality of the job well done. My car was washed and vacuumed and even looked kinda detailed on the exterior when I picked it up. They went the extra mile for sure! These days it seems like things are different and service like this is super rare, thank you Caliber Burlington for making it not be a thing of the past.
Customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Quality of the repairs was very good and timeline was quick. Would highly recommend this shop. Communication was fantastic, I felt involved and up to date on the whole process.
