Incredibly friendly, customer service oriented staff. Josh was so helpful, attentive and listened well to me. Made sure I was able to apply the coupon to my total, which I so appreciated. Another location told me my oil filter was out of stock and to try another one. This jiffy lube explained to me that most locations don't carry it but ordered it for me anyway in case I decided to come in! It was available within 24 hours. There was no line, everyone was very helpful and accommodating! Will definitely go back

I drive a 2021 vehicle. I am the only owner. Immediately after my recent visit, I noticed a persistent clicking sound coming from my passenger side. The clicking sound doesn’t always occur when I first begin driving, but once it begins, it does not stop until the car is turned off. I returned to the Jiffy Lube location and mentioned it to the technician. He wouldn’t even look at my vehicle. He just said it had nothing to do with their work, and he told me to go elsewhere. I called a local mechanic and he inquired as to why I wasn’t taking my car to the shop that originally serviced my vehicle. When I told him that I did take my car back to them and they wouldn’t even look at it, he said that was suspicious and poor business practice on their part. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that or any other Jiffy Lube.
