Great experience here! I first had an oil change and suspension check due to abnormal noises. They diagnosed and walked me through a detailed price sheet and pictures of what was wrong/what needed to be replaced. I loved the transparency. I’ve dealt with other shops trying to push unnecessary work. Emily’s is not like that, at all. They were also very accommodating when I was concerned about a high pitch noise after the repairs. They told me to come in the next day and that they would take a look. Which they did very quickly (and they were super busy). Turned out it was just a small adjustment that Emily herself sat down and explained to me. Which I really appreciated! I also love the waiting area. Super clean and open with lots of seating.
