This is really disappointing. My sister went in to have the rear gate latch on her jeep fixed, she was so excited to take her car to a women owned company. They called to let us know that the gate latch was working and the car was ready to be picked up, when she picked up the car we noticed the gate didn’t work before we drove away, they tried to pry it open and when they couldn’t, handed her the keys and said “you’re not under warranty because you provided the part” and claimed the part was defective… we wondered why they didn’t just come clean if the part was defective and not lie to us that it was working. Later we tried to call again to fix the situation, and the person on the phone of the Burien location laughed at my sister very loudly and claimed the part was fine, but the car has body damage, but nobody told us? We asked to speak to a higher up, and when they refused we mentioned the negative reviews recently about similar issues. The person on the phone dramatically said she w
