There aren't enough words to express how happy I am with my purchase from Autos Only!. Between Noel and Stephanie, they made my buying experience a pleasant surprise! None of the high pressure tactics that other places use were present which made my buying experience even better! I originally went in to get a Nissan Murano but the one available even though very nice, wasn't to my liking! But, after explaining my needs to Stephanie, she showed me a vehicle (Subaru Tribeca) that wasn't quite ready for display yet but I was able to drive it (Note...she let me drive it several times until I felt comfortable). And, lo and behold, it had everything I wanted! She even allowed me to bring a friend to try it out. The repairs to the vehicle were done with such expertise you would have thought it was a brand new vehicle! From the finance guys to the sales personnel to the service people, I would recommend all! Thank you Stephanie and Noel for everything. I live in NC and bought a car from them over the phone and had it delivered. Everything worked out perfectly with no problems. They were helpful and kind. Brought my car in today cause my brakes were squeaking. Francisco took a look at my vehicle and quickly assessed that my front brakes needed to be replaced. He got my vehicle in and replaced the brakes, topped off my fluids all in about an hour. I highly recommend their service department!
