I did not go there but i was told that i have to wait 1 week to let them fix a tire that has a screw in it that would take regulary less than a couple of minutes to do! I know here are priorities and people in the line but it could be better organized. No offense since i did not try the services to judge if they are good or bad!

Actually 6 stars if I could add 1 extra. Unlike other nearby competitors, Michelle graciously accommodated my last-minute walk-in request for brake service on a Saturday in spite of being short-staffed. Work was completed within the promised time frame and explained in detail when I came to pick up my vehicle. The fact she was candid/transparent w/o any attempt to upsell alone was worth 5 stars, but her friendly and sincere demeanor earns her the extra star! Found my new go-to auto repair shop on the Eastside.

I've used this shop for now 7 years. They have always been honest and forthright about my repairs. How do I know? I went to other shops and had them bid on the same work and I always found my way back to Midas. I would never give a 5 star review for any mechanic or shop but these guys/gal come very close. I've never been disappointed with their work, which they stand behind. I like that I go there once and don't have to return for mistakes. Fix it once and move on. I use to use them for only brakes but over the years they did my water pump, brakes, tune-up, regular maintenance, heater, thermostat, radiator, struts, steering alignment, and several other minor engine repairs. They always ask if the scope of work changes and quote me a reasonable price. You can look up the parts in google and they stay within a reasonable range and add labor. They have earned my business and they service 5 out 6 of my vehicles. The 1 car is a Tesla and they won't touch those. :) Services: Gen
