Took almost a month to fix a bumper, several weeks after initial estimated time. During the wait I had called to ask if they can touch up some of the paint scratches elsewhere on the car while we waited for the parts for the bumper. I was paying for a rental car anyway. The guy who I called said he will take a look and get it done, and will charge me separately from my insurance which was fine with me. Finally when the car was ready almost a month later, they’ve done none of the additional work. When I asked what happened, the three guys working at the office all pretended like they never had this conversation with me about doing some of the other work. At least own up to it and say “I forgot about it” rather than pretending the conversation didn’t happen. So unprofessional. I’m very disappointed both by the time it took and the failure to do something we agreed upon over the phone that would have at least made the wait a little more productive. Service: Body & Trim
