They have done brakes, HVAC, engine replacement, engine restoration, safety inspections, pre-purchase inspections, etc. Paul, Jason & Elliott are super cool knowledgeable guys. Very patient with all of our crazy auto issues. The work is always completed on time as promised and if they find something outside of the scope of work they always discuss and provide recommendations. I have been taking my 96 Avalon to A&M for a few years now and have been very satisfied with their professionalism and service. My first experience with them was AC repair. They did the job for significantly less than I could get it done elsewhere. The next was engine knock sensors after critters ate the wiring. The most recent repair was for a faulty power steering pump. The pump kept failing and after the 2nd repair, A&M dug deep into the system and located the root cause. Because of their warranty I was not charged for the pump replacement only the new items discovered. This clearly shows their dedication to getting it right and their customer focus. I’ll continue to bring my cars to them for servicing. The front office staff is very helpful. I have to give Jason my service representative for his help.
