I couldn't be happier with my experience at Rempt. It was clear that customer communication and experience were top priority. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, both in person and over the phone. As a bonus, there wasn't a hint of the gender bias I've experienced at other shops over the years. I received a report via email with photos of any worn parts and trouble areas, plus a line-by-line estimate for services that I could approve or deny individually. They even asked me the magic question: "OEM parts or equivalent aftermarkets?" I'm very protective of my Volvo C30, and I had no issues entrusting her to their care. I have one complaint and that’s it, I brought my car in with a coolant leak, I get the car back and it’s in limp mode, and they didn’t tell me that there was more wrong with my car until after I handed them the check. I looked under my hood and a sensor was left unplugged. Cars no longer in limp mode. People see an 18 year old with an expensive car and assume they don’t know what they’re talking about. Other than that though. Zack was very knowledgeable about the car and the issues it’s having, he genuinely impressed me at first. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I will ALWAYS return to Rempt!!! This was the best auto mechanic I’ve EVER been to. The experience was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The communication was above and beyond (which was incredibly helpful because we were in Central America, communicating mostly via email). They send you a virtual estimate online BEFORE they touch anything, and then you click through what you will approve. A HUGE deal for us, because as a sprinter owner, things can get expensive quick…and some shops take the liberty to fix more than you like, or want. Once Rempt fixed something, they write EXACTLY what they fixed on your invoice. Not just line items…a full story of exactly what’s going on. This shop let us breathe easy every day, knowing our sprinter was in good hands. Shoutout to Zach! You rock!!!
