Excellent customer service! I always enjoy taking my car to G & L for regular service checks. I know the car will be taken care of and so will I! Garry is so kind and thoughtful. Dustin is a great mechanic and explains things clearly. Linda at front desk helps the time go by with funny stories. I always leave with an even better running car and a big smile on my face!

If zero was an option that would be my choice! I was told by Dustin to have a diagnostic test ran on my Prius to find out why it's leaking coolant it would be $149 and take an hour. I went to pick up my car the next afternoon and was presented with a bill for $307.18! The price was double what I was told. I was never told any tests that were being ran! Dustin said the $149 included ALL diagnostic testing!! So I had to pay the bill to take my car even though I didn't agree to any EXTRA testing! I feel like I was totally taken advantage of! Shops like this is the reason why women shy away from going to mechanics! You were not transparent at all! I was told that half of that price would be taken off if I have them do the 4k worth of work that they quoted me! I'm now contacting the BBB & The Attorney General because taking advantage of women isn't right! *reply to business* You should have notified me of these tests before doing them.
