I came to this company because my car got hit on one of my taillights and I am so glad that I did. They provided excellent customer service, was an easy process, and they kept me updated throughout the whole thing. I was so impressed and satisfied with how my repairs went and the time. It went a lot quicker than I expected and I was so happy when I got my car back, not only because I got it back but they cleaned the interior as well as the exterior for me. I am SUPER picky when it comes to my vehicle and I spent a LOT of time looking at other body and fender shops. For one thing, the shop needs to be clean, and Hinshaw's is spotless. And I looked at the quality of their work before I selected them. I also consulted the best career mechanic I have ever known, who has spent his life in the Seattle/Tacoma metro area and Hinshaw's was his first recommendation. AND, when you get there, ask for a guy named Jerry Pena. He is fantastic and I've never seen anybody who is more attentive and professional.
